Summer Programs - during July & August

There will be no training from June 19 until July 2

Summer programs will start for many of the summer weeks.  There are 5 different opportunities and you will need to decide and register soon  to ensure that you get the one your want. 

PLEASE NOTE: JULY 21 AND AUGUST 5 WEEKS = YOU CAN EXTEND THEIR TIME WITH US TO FULL DAY FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Sparkles programs will be 2 hours long

3-5 year olds Camps                       July 21-25            10:30-12:30 pm            ($63)
                                                        Aug 5-8                10:30-12:30 pm            ($50)

Spirit Programs will be 6-12 year olds          July 21-25                12:30-2:30 pm                ($63)
                                                                        Aug 5
-8                   12:30-2:30 pm                ($50) 

These are great camps for new gymnasts and gymnasts returning for some summer fun, emphasis on learning and enjoying at the same time.  Learn a new routine and tumble and run and jump, using skipping ropes, ribbons, hoops and balls.



STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND OVERALL BODY TECHNIQUE - July 2 / July 21 / August 5
This camp is geared to Rhythmic Gymnastic Athletes as well as athletes in other sports, ie, skating, gymnastics, synchro         swimming, dancers, and any one who wants to drastically improve their overall physical fitness.  Each day of training will involve cardio, conditioning, flexibility, strength and proper alignment.  Taught by Team coaches with a desire for your ultimate improvement. 

3 hour training offered during the weeks of            July 2 - 4             9:00 - 12:00 pm            ($ 60.00)
                                                                          July 21 - 25         8:30 - 11:30 am            ($ 90.00)
                                                                          August 5 - 7        8:30 - 11:30 am            ($ 60.00)


This style of training will be available to other sports during the fall season as well, come and try us out.  You will be surprised by the results


GYMNAESTRADA TEAM TRAINING   
This camp is great for girls keen to improve and work towards performance routines and look to the upcoming travel and fun this will bring.  The training will  benefit all athletes

This training is 3 hours long

Tentative time is 9:30 am - 12:30 pm 

July 14 - 18 and August 18 - 22              Cost $ 90.00

COMPETITIVE TEAM TRAINING
There will be competitive team training in coordination of the weeks listed above, please send your  choice of weeks to Barb ASAP, so we can group you together, the goal would be to have at least  3 weeks of training this summer, as well as some time to choregraph or upgrade your routines  Each training session will include includes fun performance skills, goal setting etc.

Level 4 - 6  Training best at 5 hours per day                                      Cost  5 days = $ 130.00
Level 2 - 3  Training best at 4 hours per day                                      Cost  5 days = $ 115.00
Pre Competitive and Level 1   Training best at 3 hours per day            Cost  5 days = $ 90.00

To register for any of the above camps - please email victoriarg@shaw.ca prior to June 20. 

In order to complete Registration details we need Name, email and 1st preferance of camp.

Locations will be at All Saints Church Hall, and/or Shoreline Community School.

OPEN HOUSE & Training Starts - September 6

       See us perform and have fun at View Royal Celebrations Day on Saturday September 6, 2008

       Training starts on Monday September 8 and Saturday, September 13

       New gymnasts welcome to try and or observe training, during the summer or on September 8 and Saturday September 13.
