Class Information:
Please review the conditions of training below:
1. Number of individuals less than 4 will cause a class to cancel, at which time we will attempt to reschedule your child (please consider a second choice).
2. If the number of gymnasts registered is larger than 8, then those who register last will be asked to reschedule your time (so respond quickly).
3. Facility changes - please check the website and your email on a regular basis for changes in times or locations.
4. To confirm your space, you must send payment. At this time the schedule will be final. You are welcome to register for more than one day a week, improvement is always greater with a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week.
5. Please arrive at the gym at least 5 minutes prior to class..
Payment Information:
Registration fees must be received at time of registration.
VRG Registration Membership and Admin Fee:
Sparkles/Recreational/Spirit $ 20.00/ Stars/Quest, Performance (includes registration with the provincial Sport Body)
Competitive team, registration due to BC Rhythmic gymnastics - will be collected October 15, 2010
Fees for VRG programs are based on the the Instructional Year, September to June, and the days of training - 32 - 35. The monthly amount below is for 10 months of Classes, if you choose to pay for a full year it is 10 X the amount. |

Monthly Payments (10 month: Sept 11 – June 20 2011)
30 min class - $ 28.00 45 min class $36.00 1 hour class - $ 40.00 x 10 months
1.5 hour class - $ 50.00 2 hour class - $ 60.00 x 10 months
2.5 hour class - $ 65.00 3 hour class - $ 68.00 x 10 months
3.5 hour class - $ 70.00 4 hour class - $ 72.00 x 10 months
Discounts of $ 5.00 per month on second class, and $ 10.00 on third one (family members), additional discounts for volunteering for specific events.
We continue to maintain low fees to allow as many individuals as possible to participate in our wonderful sport. The fees cover costs of rental, coaching staff and administration costs. This club has always been run on a not for profit basis. We are able to maintain low fees, by the kind sponsorship of Shoreline Community School and All Saints Anglican Church. They believe in our club and have helped us in many ways during the past and hopefully long into the future. If you have concerns about your fee, or how they are calculated please contact us. Monthly payment terms are for your convenience. Some months will have more practices than others.
Methods of payment are:
1) Full payment in cash or cheque at the start of the season.
2) 3 payments in cash or post-dated cheques, for September, January and March.
3) Post-dated cheques dated for September through June (10 in total).
Please make cheques payable to Victoria Rhythmics or VRG. Withdrawal from the program requires one month written notice.
